This short session will share some tips and steps that postgraduate researchers can take at the beginning of their degrees to help them get off to an effective start.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to use a camera and microphone to join the session?

You will not be asked to use your microphone or camera in any session, and you can type your questions for the presenter using the chat function. 

What if I experience technical issues?

The presenter will run through a quick audio check at the start of the session and if you experience any issues, please use the chat function to ask for help. 

What if I can’t go to the session?

All of the sessions will be recorded and captioned in case you miss anything or want to revisit the content. The recordings will be available on our Website by Friday 1st August.
