Do you give a lot of thought and time into researching which carbon fibre saddle to purchase for your beloved bike or maybe which lycra bib short would be the most aerodynamic for your Sunday morning ride? How much time and research do you put into understanding your body? You could improve your performance on the bike by understanding the core strength & conditioning principles around cycling.

TOP Physiotherapy would love to invite you to our physiotherapy evening for cyclists.

We are shining a spotlight on the key physiotherapy principles around cycling. We are a local physiotherapy company grounded in scientific evidence. We want to share useful tips to ensure people are getting the most out of their time on the saddle.

Join us for an engaging evening dedicated to injury prevention in cycling! Whether you're a weekend warrior, daily commuter, or training for your next big ride, this workshop is designed to help you stay healthy, ride stronger, and recover smarter.

Half of the session will be practical so please come in activewear to get the most from the session. Don't worry though you can leave your lycra at home!
