This session will support schools running their own catering to strengthen quality, improve performance and balance cost, sustainability and nutritional standards.
Join us to gain:
- an overview of the tools and systems that can help you manage in-house performance
- confidence using KPIs to improve quality and school meal take-up
- Practical guidance for discussing quality with your in-house team
- insight into balancing quality, sustainability and cost effectively
The session will include opportunities to interact, share experiences and ask questions in a dedicated Q&A segment.
