Wed 2 November 2016, 09:00 – 11:00 GMT
The key to being successful in both life and work is to possess an inner confidence in your own abilities. Everyone talks about the holy grail of being ‘confident’ but how do you get that?
Our workshop will show you how by tackling your inner critic – that nagging internal voice, which can prevent you from achieving what you’re capable of. We’ll show you how to be your own greatest cheerleader and how to accept praise from others for your achievements. We’ll tackle bad habits like global labeling that serve only to restrict you and keep you small, and help you to stop comparing yourself to others and get on your own track to success.
The workshop will consist of group and individual exercises where we encourage you to look at yourself and others differently and to come away with renewed self-confidence and building blocks for a lasting high self-esteem. This workshop calls for interactive student participation, so come with an open mind and be ready to engage in changing your future.
