About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

This event is for independent consultants but all members are welcome as we recognise the importance and relevance to all people professionals.

Whether it's making a case for change, contributing ideas, getting buy-in from stakeholders or working with line managers on their decisions - we all need to influence others. Influencing often happens in tandem with courage: the ability to challenge when there's resistance or opposition, speak up when you know something isn't right, and take a stand when it's the right thing to do.

In this practical session, Julia Myles will help you discover how to increase both your professional courage and influence simply by how you use your voice. You will learn….

  • The Importance of Deep Communication and VQ - Vocal Intelligence
  • How the Building Blocks of Voice are key to Influence

  • There will be time for questions and practical help.
