About your Event Host:

Sarah was just 30 when she decided to go it alone and set up her HR Consultancy business in 1994. She has since successfully built a 7-figure business and two 6-figure businesses.

Taking this knowledge and experience, she now mentors others on how to do this too through her CPD-accredited Leap into HR Consulting Virtual Bootcamp.

She has helped launch over 250 new HR Consulting businesses and coached many established business owners too not just in the UK but across Europe, America, and New Zealand. She also appears in HR Magazine's "Top 30 Influential HR Thinkers in 2024".

As a consultant, she has worked with businesses of all sizes. As her business grew, she worked with organisations, which included BT, Vodafone, Santander, and the English Football Association.

In the next exciting chapter, Sarah founded The HR Consultancy Academy in late 2024. This builds on her work and vast network and partners - bringing it together in a structured way to support business growth for start-ups and scale-ups.
