Weekend Retreat with Tsering Paldron
We are delighted that Tsering will guide a weekend, non-residential, retreat at the BCUK Centre on a topic inspired by one of her books, “Grow Your Own Happiness”.
“Do you feel happiness is difficult to attain? Are you stuck in repetitive negative patterns? Are you feeling dissatisfied with life? Feel you have little to be grateful for? If any of the above relate to you then this book offers solutions and everyday tools to redirect you onto the path to finding happiness.”
This retreat is open to all, beginners and experienced practitioners alike are most welcome, but booking is necessary as spaces are limited, thank you.
