I’m not your typical coach, I’ve been in the trenches and I get it. With over 12 years leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments, I’ve managed multimillion-pound budgets and worked through everything from business growth, restructuring, redundancies and leading small and large teams. I’ve had my fair share of challenges, feeling out of my depth, imposter syndrome, trying to cut it as the youngest leader on the block and I’ve also built teams that thrive and mentored people more senior than me.
For 12 more years, I was a National Learning & Development Manager, where I designed and delivered programs that drove bottom-line results and made real change stick. I’ve worked across countless industries, empowering leaders to not only perform better themselves, but to elevate their teams and business.
