How to help teenagers prepare for exams: top tips for parents 27.03.17

Exams are looming but do your teenage children know HOW to prepare? Are you ready to help them to get organised, manage stress and revise effectively?
Juliet Landau-Pope is an Oxford-educated lecturer, certified coach and professional organiser with several years' experience of teaching study skills to students in schools, colleges and universities. Join her on Mon 23 March 2017 for an informal workshop for parents. She'll share practical tips and answer your questions about how to help teenagers to prepare for end-of-year exams, GCSEs or A Levels. Topics will include:
- Planning a revision schedule
- Overcoming procrastination and perfectionism
- Improving concentration and boosting memory
- Managing distractions
- How to reduce stress before, during and after exams
The workshop starts at 20.00 and ends at 21.45 but you're welcome to stay later for a drink/chat.
