Ken’s career began with 10 years in the Recruitment Agency world covering IT Contract, IT Permanent, Dual Desk as well as management roles and working as an executive headhunter in search and select before moving to the dark side of in house recruitment at companies such as AOL (UK) Ltd, Barclays Wealth Management and Skype. 13 years later, having had global roles with startups such as Playfish and Mind Candy, Ken co-founded Winter Court Consulting to specifically work with startup founders to scale their businesses from the initial employees into the hundreds.
