Are you a sales negotiator looking to convert more stock over to auction? Do you find vendor contact challenging when you don't have further interest to discuss?
This webinar will support you with conversational techniques that will help you get the most from every conversation you have with the seller.
In this session you will learn:
- The seller circumstances that make them suitable for auction
- How to provide choice on market appraisal booking calls
- Tips on providing sellers with an alternative option during vendor contact
The training will last for around 35 minutes, with 10 minutes at the end for any questions you may have.
