For more than thirty years, John Young presented and reported the TV news on the BBC. He now helps businesses by revealing in eye-watering detail how journalists communicate complicated things to their audiences so quickly and clearly — so that businesses can communicate better with their clients, leads, staff and stakeholders. And as a result, build trust — and build profits!
