These methods are both ancient and deeply relevant to modern life. They offer a gentle but powerful way to shift how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.

In this series of classes we will explore how to:

Come as you are—no experience needed. Each class stands alone, so feel free to drop in any week.

Sessions last for an hour. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis, as each session is self-contained. Light refreshments will be served before or after the class.

About this series: This series aims to teach effective, meditation-based solutions to everyday problems taken from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition.
