In this session, we will be joined by Marketing and Communications expert, Owen Hughes, who will be offering his valuable insights gained over a career spanning 25 years marketing for some of the UK's biggest brands and charities.
Owen will be giving practical advice and tips for planning, developing and implementing appropriate, cost effective strategies to help increase the Lifetime Value of your donors by putting them at the heart of your organisation’s communications and by giving them the ultimate donor experience.
