Join us online for a 4-week course where we take everything we've learned about individualising nutrition from over Two Decades of working in health and share it with you.
This course and what we teach our clients at the Functional Health Clinic is born out of where we began, what we have experienced and how it has shaped how we understand human health and in particular 'nutrition'.

The process we have gone through is described in our new book 'The Journey to Individual Nutrition - Twenty Years of Layers and Lessons'.
And over 4 weeks on this course we distill this down into the principles, steps and strategies that we have found to be the most effective and how to apply them in a priority order.
Who is the for?
This course is for you if you simply aren't making progress with your health challenges. No matter what you do with your nutrition, you're frustrated with the lack of results or the short term nature of the improvements. It feels like a game of snakes and ladders.
There is likely no lack of motivation. You've dug deep, been ready and willing and been all in. Investing enormous levels of energy, effort, focus, care, time and all manner of resources. Only to feel that the outcome just isn't proportional to all this effort.
You may be brilliant at diligently following diets, but time and time again they are either underwhelming, or even actually cause more discomfort and challenges than they have solved.
If one moment you are putting the latest approach or diet on the pedestal and next its in the pit, then you'll be intrigued by what we have to share.

Why 'Without Running Labs'?
We see great value in the myriad of Functional Lab Tests that can give us insight into our nutritional needs and many other aspects of health. They are an integral part of the client work we do at the Functional Health Clinic.
Yet we have created this course to be delivered without any labwork required.
There are four main reasons for this:
- Yes Labs are insightful, but sometimes they can be a distraction. The aim is to first squeeze the value and potential out of principles, steps and strategies we can put in place, prior to requiring them.
- Over the course of 4 weeks it would be practically and logistically challenging for all attendees to all attain the same lab tests.
- As soon as there is lab work involved, there is almost an instant requiremen t for more in depth and complex analysis, which isn't in the remit of this short course.
- Given the potential value of lab testing in individualising nutrition, we have our Membership and 1-to-1 Support Programs that enable us weave them into the process of solving complex health challenges.
