About Chris - Meditation Teacher
Chris Murphy is a Lifestyle Strategist and Meditation Teacher, after spending the last few years organising Meetup Events in Personal Development. He has spend the last year learning off some of the best Meditation and Spiritual teachers in London, and for the final half of last year he went to Nepal to learn off other Gurus and Yogis, and spent one month in a monastery learning the Buddhist wisdom from great Lama's.
He has now completely changed his outlook on life, reaching a deeper state of peace, self love and joy in the present moment. He wants to dedicate his life sharing and helping others through his group events.
