Brett Collier from Train with Brett has been working in the Fitness Industry for over 6 years.

With an extensive career in Consultancy in London behind him, Brett chose to utilise his Competitive Martial Arts background and love of all things related to Health and Fitness and train to become a Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

Having worked extensively with numerous Health Clubs and Gyms in and around London and the South East, Brett has now established his own Private Fitness Facility and Studio in Buckinghamshire.

He works with over 50 Clients, young and old, from all professions, with a wide range of goals and is now moving into more Online Coaching.

This webinar, the first of many, will be part of a larger series allowing those who attend to truly take control of the way they look, feel, interact with others and ultimately allow them to take complete control of every aspect of their life in an unrestricting drive of Self Actualisation.
