But you know it doesn’t stop there… it goes to places that most of us don’t want to face.

It’s no secret that people who are overweight have a significantly lower life expectancy than those who are aren’t.



I get it... I've been there.



I was totally out of control around food. I just couldn’t seem to get it together for any length of time.

By the time I was in my early 20’s, I was almost 18 stone in weight and had a 44 inch waist, and that’s pretty hardcore for a shorty like me!

I’d always make a joke out of it… be the one to diffuse the elephant in the room by creating the laughs about being 'large than life'.

But while I was laughing on the outside, I was crying on this inside.


I was SO out of control with my weight problem… even when I had CANCER and suffered almost constant nausea and vomitting, I STILL somehow managed to put on 10 pounds!


As for diets… I'd try anything...


Weight Watchers, Slimfast, 5:2, Atkins, South Beach, Fat Magnets to name just a few...

I’d always have some success, but then always the same post plan problem… I’d start putting the weight back on.

I was in a never ending search for something or someone to help fix me.


I was MISERABLE around food too.

Even when I was eating my favourite foods, inside, I was feeling guilt, shame, despair.


I kept on trying different programmes, asking for different opinions, taking different advice from leaders and fellow dieters, but seemingly getting nowhere.


But then one day, I started to question:


WHY wasn't I getting anywhere?

WHY did problem keep returning?


And possibly most crucially of all...


WHY WAS EVERYONE ELSE HAVING THE SAME RECURRING PROBLEMS??!


And then the penny dropped...


I was learning how to lose weight from people who were stuck in their OWN depressing dieting loop!


I realised that EVERYONE who was involved in these programmes was STUCK in these programmes.


Even the LEADERS were still counting points, measuring portions and EVERYONE was MISERABLE!


(They might be thin, but they were still suffering the punishing regime of counting, restriction and misery, disguised by the term “maintenance”)


It was at that point I KNEW I had to find something better, where I could lose weight and NEVER, EVER, count another calorie again.


I had to figure out how I could re-build my relationship with food from the ground up and master a way to be able to eat WHEN I wanted, eat WHAT I wanted AND have a healthy bodyweight.


I decided to find out exactly how to achieve the holy grail of dieting and find a way to bringing it in to my life.


And that’s exactly what I did.


Fast forward a few years…


After reading a rainforest worth of books…

After attending a lifetimes worth of self-development courses…
