About this event
A practical workshop that takes you step by step from a place of dread and confusion to one of confidence.
You probably started your business to follow your passion and quickly discovered that there are many aspects to running your own business, including some that you may know nothing about, such as finance and marketing. These elements take up valuable headspace and energy, knock your confidence and can quite easily make you ‘fall out of love’’ with running your own business.
This half-day workshop is delivered to a small group, is interactive and supportive with the opportunity to ask questions and apply directly to your own business.
Led by Rebecca Brown and Jen Cadger, who’ll share some simple tools and processes that will help you feel more confident, free up that valuable headspace and let you get back to loving your business.
You’ll come away with:
· “taking stock” of where you are now with finances and marketing activity to help you prioritise effectively
· a “joined up” approach to your goals, finances and marketing strategy.
