• Ian brings real-life experience - 30 years, across all sectors; Industrial, Commercial, Banking, Retail, Not for Profit and Public sector. Facilitating, culture change, business stability and successful business expansion; increasing capacity and profitability.
• Ian delivers results - under Ian’s guidance, businesses have made significant improvements in both bottom line (profit) and top line (increase in capacity to meet higher demand for service or product).
• An experienced coach and mentor - Ians varied background and experience has helped to hone his strong leadership and interpersonal skills; working with different cultures, his career to date has involved extensive travel including most EU countries, the USA, Canada, China, Mexico, Russia, South Korea and South Africa.
• Translates hopes, dreams and goals into action - can see the wood for the trees; adept at identifying the critical factors that deliver significant results quickly - decisive and determined with the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst retaining a sense of humour and proportion;

Personal Perspective
Building on a successful career working with major corporations my focus now, as an ActionCOACH, is squarely on SME’s in the North West. I’m committed to helping this backbone of the UK economy grow stronger. Born in the North West, I have seen tremendous changes locally down the years. Some could be judged as good, others as bad – it’s all a matter of perspective but change happens! My role, now, is to help local business owners embrace and build on change, creating greater wealth for our community.
As a small business owner, I understand the effort, skill and courage that it takes to go-it- alone and set up a business. I understand how lonely a place it can be when tough life changing decisions need to be made. As an ActionCOACH, I am dedicated to delivering high quality support to business owners who want to succeed and realise their dreams
