Sabrina Zeif,The Flavour Queen, Simply Good Food TV Chef and founder of Kitchen Thyme UK is thrilled to offer this exciting cookery course at Maynards Farm, Shropshire. Join us for a half day introductory culinary tour into to the world of herbs and spices where you will learn how to maximise flavour and create delicious everyday meals. Never settle for bland and boring meals ever again!
You’ll learn some simple flavouring secrets, a guide to using fresh herbs and spices touching on flavour, texture and aroma and sauces which can be used on everything to create healthy and easy meals.
Sabrina will be teaching fresh and flavourful dishes that incorporates herbs and spices from around the world whilst drawing from her native Caribbean roots, where using herbs and spices in cooking is second-nature.
The aim of course is to inspire you to be more creative and adventurous in your cooking by gaining confidence and smarts to flavour your meals like a pro.
Included is a delicious Caribbean style lunch with refreshments throughout, recipe booklet and sample spice kits.
