* From knowing and wishing to doing and consistent results: building habits by science not by training our willpower.
* Turning our wishy-washy goals and aspirations like “eating healthy” into daily habits that stick and keep giving results day after day, week after week, year after year!
Workshop Host - Angela Shrina
Certified Health, Nutrition, Lifestyle Coach with 10+ years of international work experience – coaching individuals and groups, speaking, writing, creating audio and video content, helping people across the globe to increase their energy and boost their confidence, feeling and looking their best, building radiant health and boundless energy supply to fuel life worth talking about.
The Flow of the Event:
➢ Learning the main concepts, tools and strategies presented by Angela Shurina;
➢ Followed by short Q&A blocks to clarify and solidify the lessons for long-term memory;
➢ Break-out rooms group work to brain-storm ways to apply what we learn to our lives;
➢ When re-united, someone from a group will share questions/challenges that were discovered during group work, main takeaways/discoveries to make knowledge precise, ready-to-apply and bulletproof from forgetfulness;
➢ Next block, repeat the flow.
