In working against us it can make us feel overwhelmed, cause us to be short-tempered, make mistakes, or even to get ill. It can also increase our risk of long-term health conditions.

Negative workplace stress can also cost businesses a lot of money.

Positive workplace stress can help us achieve amazing goals, boost our energy, create better relationships and be more creative.
