What will I learn?

Getting your sales contract right is imperative. You may not appreciate it when things go well but, if there are any issues then you will wish you had properly considered the clauses (and their implications) within the contract.

Clauses such as delivery time, payment terms, late interest fees, and governing law and jurisdiction (just to name a few) are so important when trading internationally but are rarely given a second thought. In this session we will look at some of the key clauses, contract considerations and what you need to consider as either the seller or the buyer.
