Thu 4 May 2017, 09:30 – 16:30 BST
Good negotiation skills, strategies and techniques can minimise the possibility of negotiations failing which, in some instances, can lead to damaging conflict and lengthy disputes. The best leaders intuitively negotiate but, to be a good facilitator, negotiator or mediator requires a sophisticated skill set which is too often omitted from any business competency training programme.
This one-day workshop will explore the capabilities, frameworks and skills needed to navigate through tough and tense negotiation and deal with uncomfortable difference and decisions.
What to expect:
During this programme, delegates will explore the following through the acquisition of key skills, practice and feedback, all within a safe environment:
Effective negotiation Skills: Process, content, relationships
How to be persuasive and influence the other side and outcome
How to create and claim value in negotiation
Delegates will leave confident in using key skills to surface issues, facilitate solutions and build personal resilience.
