WELLNESS EVENTS

Our monthly event series to help you look after your body and mind

Wellness is the millennial hot topic. From myths, fads and crazes, to theories, discoveries and research in fitness, diet, and health, the topic of wellness can sometimes seem overwhelming. We want to create a space that unravels the complications, sharing with each other both tried and tested and new ways to seek healthier and happier lifestyles.

Join us every month for a great opportunity to meet like-minded women and find new connections, whether it will be for listening to an inspiring talk or a stimulating workshop. From one-off fitness classes that pack a punch to retreats and discussions, together with cookery classes and demonstrations, follow the wellness society to start a conversation with fellow members, your body and your mind.
