This booking is for 5 sessions of two hours, from 10 am to 12 noon.

The dates are: Block 1: January 19th & 26th, February 2nd, 9th & 23rd 2022

About the course: The course will be painting animals in different styles, including how other cultures, such as the Japanese and Mayan cultures have drawn animals, as well as the western tradition of painting texture such as fur and hair. Classes will include demonstrations and instruction in painting in a range of mediums including watercolour, acrylic, oils and water-soluble oils.

What to bring: Please bring an apron or wear old clothes - paint can stain. You might like to bring some paper, a drawing board, and your favourite materials. however basic papers, and a range of materials will be available for people to try, especially in the first session, so please don't feel you have to go out and buy expensive materials till you are sure what you want.

About St Mary's The venue is ground floor and has accessible facilities. There is limited parking on the street. There is a small kitchen for making teas and coffees etc, though of course Covid resurrections may apply.

Payment and Refunds: Booking essential as numbers are strictly limited due to Covid. Refunds/ Partial refunds are available up to 1 day after the first the session.
