Workshop Overview:

The CQC assessment process is in a state of flux but that doesn't mean that inspections aren't going ahead! The CQC are still making visits to inspect services and these visits can be unannounced. So, all care providers must be prepared for inspection and know what the CQC will be checking. This workshop will help you to prepare for inspection, disseminate information to your team and ensure you get the best CQC rating possible.
