This event invites local businesses in the Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas to connect with like-minded individuals in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Networking will be followed by an interactive masterclass exploring burnout prevention at work.
Recent studies highlight that signs of burnout are becoming more common. MHFA England cite that 63% of UK employees are now showing symptoms like exhaustion and disengagement, up from 51% two years ago. This not only affects staff health, wellbeing and productivity, it also affects the bottom line for companies.
How can workplaces tackle this ever-growing issue and engage their staff in a long-term meaningful way?
At this event, founder and director of Calmer Tania Diggory will lead a talk on the topic of How to prevent burnout in your workplace, followed by Q&A. This masterclass will empower you to:
• Understand the difference between stress and burnout
• Explore how to prevent burnout from escalating
• Learn practical techniques to empower a mentally healthy culture at work
Join us for this in-person event for inspiration, practical strategies and tools on how to effectively manage stress and prevent burnout at work - both for yourself and your teams.
