Mastermind Workshop: How to Promote Physical and Mental Resilience in The Workplace

We all want healthy, happy staff but how much can you do as a business to cultivate that? This mastermind style workshop draws on the latest research to inspire you with practical and easy to implement ideas that will help promote mental well-being and physical good health.
