Prior to founding A&C, Jia has assisted in a number of international business cases. She was frustrated by the opacity and foul plays done by middlemen and agencies. She decided that her consultancy will drive changes, bring transparency, and value authenticity.

Jia has rich experiences in international trade, international development, and cross-cultural communication. She has experience working in Greece, Brazil, Hong Kong, China, and the UK.

Arcas & Callisto Consulting (A&C) was founded by Shaoqiang Li and Jia W. Li. As a father-daughter duo, they chose ‘Arcas and Callisto’, a mother-son duo in Greek mythology, to represent this family business. The planning started in 2017, and A&C received the official endorsement from University College London (UCL) in 2018. The company started trading in 2019. A&C’s teams are currently located in London, UK, and Beijing and Shenzhen, China.
