How to Run a Profitable Practice – The foundation for visionary design
Tue 8 November 2016, 14:30 – 17:00 GMT
In the world of architecture, anything is possible on paper, but it is only sound management that makes it happen. In short, successful firms recognize that in order to have the freedom to create great architecture, the practice needs to be run as a healthy business. In that regard, Autopilot is the industry standard for practice management in Denmark because of its proven track record: The practices using it are up to 40% more profitable than their peers. At this event we will discuss the main principles for running a financially sound architectural practice.
This event is part of the Liveable City programme, which is organised by the Danish Embassy and supported by The Royal Incorporation Of Architects In Scotland as well as Construction Scotland Innovation Centre. It is also part of The Festival of Architecture.
