Many of us are responsible for selling but never have been shown how to sell. This session will strip back the myths of selling and show you the pragmatic steps. It will address the 3 main ways for a business to sell:
- Business to Business – How to sell successfully to other businesses
- Digital – The 7 ways we can use digital strategies to sell more
- Tendering – Possibly the most efficient way to sell; but how do you do it?
(Please note – this session will not address selling directly to consumers/B2C).
At £140 per participant this 3 hour workshop will be delivered by Dave McClements of Core Growth – a sales trainer of 27 years experience known for his practical approach.

About the trainer - Dave McClements
With 27 years’ experience in training small businesses in effective sales techniques, we can quickly convey what you need to know to win more customers and grow your business.
Dave combines his deep understanding of business (at MBA and Chartered Marketing level) with expertise in how people learn and change (Chartered CIPD) to ensure training and consultancy projects deliver lasting results.
In his consultancy role, Dave specialises in Marketing and Sales, with a particular focus on driving business growth through new market entry and stronger customer relationships. He has worked with numerous SMEs—often in a non-Executive capacity—to help them target the right markets, sell effectively, build high-performing teams, and achieve sustainable, profitable growth.

Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Workshop access details will be sent to the registered email address at least 48 hours before the event.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop or for non-attendance.
Ticket Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge, provided you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the workshop with the new attendee’s name and email address.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop if circumstances require. In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund.
If the event is rescheduled, you will have the option to transfer your booking to the new date or request a refund.

Workshops will not be recorded unless stated in advance.
