About your trainer

Geoff Langston is a published author of articles on customer service, a qualified coach and mentor with extensive experience in the public and private sector, and an MBTI Step 1 and Step 2 Practitioner. He is also an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and the first accredited training assessor for the customer service trainers network.

Geoff set up the business in 2004, and now works with his business partner Gita in GL connects, where they provide high impact coaching, and engaging development and training programmes that make a difference. They are creative in their approach and invest in really understanding their clients’ business, their challenges, issues and what is possible. They deliver fun, memorable, successful activities that encourage people to do something different.
