Welcome to the How to Sleep Well event at the Healthful Mind Clinic & Wellbeing Centre!

Sleep is natural, we all do it, so it should just happen... right?

Unfortunately that is often not the case for many reasons.

If you'd like to truly understand why you are tossing and turning at night and most importantly how to change it, then join us for informative and practical session.

Learn from Occupational Therapaist and CBT-i sleep specialist Hannah Skeels, alongside hypnotherapist, coach and mindfulness teacher Alexa Warner, the essential facts you need to know to change your sleep patterns for the better.

Your ticket price includes a Hypnosis recording that will be sent to you after the event, to help you to start putting action to our words and drift peacefully off to sleep.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
