How To Sort Our Mental Health

Have you ever had that stuck feeling? Like you’re unable to get out of a big well of anxiety, stress, confusion or depression? Do you feel stuck in some other rubbish circumstance that you never asked for and aren’t even sure how you ended up in it?

Maybe it’s not even your big well of rubbish.

Maybe you really just want to help someone else get out of the place they find themselves in, but you’ve no idea where to start and no matter what you do, you just seem to make things worse?

What if you were just missing one simple thing? A little bit of knowledge.

As we grow up, nobody ever takes us aside and tells us – in a way that makes total sense – how our head works. When we’re born we get a complex brain, a big bag of emotions and are left to get on with it, instructions not included.

So, what do you do when your mind goes a little wonky? When you lose control of your thoughts and emotions, and everything seems to run away on you? And what do you do when you know deep down that it shouldn’t have to be this way, but you have no idea how to get it back to the way it was?

Help is here.

Brian Costello is an author, speaker, mind coach and expert on how the mind functions and, on the 22nd May, he is coming to Glasgow with his brand new workshop, ‘How To Fix Your Mental Health’.

Over an entertaining, informative and life changing couple of hours, Brian will help you realise:

  1. You are definitely, 100% not broken!
  2. Your mind is much simpler than people tell you it is
  3. Why traditional therapies don’t work anymore
  4. How you can help yourself begin to climb out of your well of rubbish

If you - or someone you know, love or care for – is struggling with their mental health, you simply cannot afford to miss this event. There’ll be no psycho-babble, this is not about connecting with the universe, and it’s not about signing up to a big, expensive, 100-week plan of action in order to feel better.

For only £12.50 you will learn how the mind is a simple device working on simple principles that sometimes just gets a little lost.

This is about helping you find the map, and making life simple again.
