Simon Squibb (Host)
Simon is an entrepreneur, angel investor, mentor, podcast host, founder and Chief Purpose Officer at The Purposeful Project. He has started 17 companies, invested in over 60+ startups and has mentored hundreds of founders. Having sold his award-winning branding and digital agency, Fluid, to PwC, Simon now focuses on inspiring, motivating and guiding both budding and experienced entrepreneurs by sharing his personal experiences, insights, ideas and tips. His mission is to help 1,000,000 people start and grow a business of their own.

Andrew Bloch
Andrew Bloch is a non-executive director at Frank, the PR agency he founded in 2000. In May 2020, Bloch stepped down from his day-to-day role as managing partner of the agency to become a non-executive director. Andrew now runs Andrew Bloch & Associates which is a boutique consultancy that helps brands, agencies and celebrities create new business relationships. He helps brands find the right agencies, help agencies meet and win news clients, and help link celebrities and influencers with brands.
Andrew is also a board advisor to a number of high growth tech start-ups. He is an advisor to leading M&A company, PCB Partners helping holding groups and management consultancies identify suitable acquisitions in the marketing services sector.
Andrew has acted as official spokesperson and PR advisor to Lord Sugar for over 20 years. He sits on the Business Launch Group panel for The Prince’s Trust, is a founding mentor of the School of Communications Arts, a council member of Superbrands and a group advisor to Big Community Records, the label set up by Google COO, Craig Fenton to help give young black people from low socioeconomic backgrounds a platform to showcase their talents.
Andrew is listed in the ‘PR Week Power Book' – 'The Definitive Guide To The Most Influential People in PR’ and is ranked as the most influential PR person on Twitter (@AndrewBloch). In 2021, Bloch was named as one of the Top Ten most Influential PR people in the world by Buzz Sumo.
Neil Dillon
Neil is Head of Equity at Swoop. With his experience in commercial operations at Betfair, now Flutter, a bachelor in business and law, and current studies for a MBA at London Business School including VP of LBS Launchpad startup pre-accelerator programme, Neil is Swoop's expert on equity investment. At Swoop he is responsible for finding start-up funding for Swoop clients and building out their venture capital network. An award winning business funding and savings platform, Swoop provides business owners with simple, secure and speedy access to tailored finance solutions.
Chris Goodfellow
Chris Founder and CEO of Inkwell. Inkwell specialises in creating educational content for small business owners. Advice created by the team is used by tens of thousands of entrepreneurs every year.
Chris also runs The Pitch, the UK's biggest startup pitching programme. Every year the events support hundreds of entrepreneurs through free coaching and mentoring, and providing a platform to pitch to investors.
