No! This virtual masterclass is designed so that people can attend whilst maintaining anonymity. We do not need to know your name, you don't need to turn on your camera. You can access the masterclass in the comfort of your own home without feeling pressured to participate.

Does this mean that I can't ask questions or talk to presenters?

Again, No! This masterclass is designed so that people can engage with the presenters if they want to. How much or how little you engage is entirely up to you. Questions you have may be important to other participants who don't feel ready to ask.

Will my employer or GP know that I have accessed this support?

No. This is a confidential masterclass. It provides information about techniques that you can use at home. This isn't specific governed therapy and there are no details about participants collected by Reforge Psychotherapies.

Where do I go if I need further help or support?

You can visit your GP or contact local services/professionals in your area if you wish to engage in 1:1 therapy.
