Who is this session for?

This session is for parents and carers of tweens or teens (roughly ages 10 to 17) who may be struggling with their mental health, or who feel distant or hard to reach. You don’t need to be diagnosed or in crisis - just a desire to feel more connected.

My teen is really struggling right now - will this be relevant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The session is designed with struggling young people in mind. It’s gentle, supportive, and full of practical ways to stay connected without adding pressure or conflict.

Question 3

Do I need to have my camera on or speak?

Accepted Answer

No. You’re welcome to join with your camera off and just listen in. There will be time for questions at the end, but participation is totally optional.

Is this therapy or group counselling?

Accepted Answer

No, this is a one-off support and information session. It’s not therapy, but it is therapeutic in tone and grounded in evidence-based ideas. If you're looking for more ongoing support, I’ll share how you can explore that at the end.

How does the sliding scale work?

The sliding scale allows you to choose a ticket price that feels right for you, between £5 and £15. All contributions are welcome and help make sessions like this sustainable and accessible.
