How to Stay Well During the Festive Season (and still enjoy it!)

About this event

We know the festive period is great fun - full of food, parties, and socialising (and if it takes your fancy, quite a bit of drinking). Many therefore also assume any form of wellbeing practices must go out the window during this period, a bit of an all-or-nothing approach.

This session will provide tailored tools and tips to integrate wellbeing into your home and work life during the festive period, whilst still not missing out on all the fun! This will include:

o How to integrate physical activity into your home and work life to benefit your overall health and happiness.

o How to be aware of your sleep duration and quality and your nutrition, thus making informed choices.

o How to manage any feelings of stress and anxiety during this time.

You will have a wellbeing action plan template to fill out, taking your unique barriers, enablers and action plans to each area of wellbeing - tailored for the festive period. If we have time, we can fill some of it out together.
