While schools remain closed, it's more important than ever for teens to develop independent study skills, including how to manage time effectively. This session focuses on overcoming procrastination, a challenge facing students of all ages*. Topics include:

  • What is procrastination and what impact does it have

  • Getting started: how to tackle tasks that you're avoiding

  • Managing distractions and dealing with boredom

* This webinar is ideal for teens in school years 9 -11 but suitable for older students too.

Juliet Landau-Pope (JLP Coach) is a former university lecturer, certified coach and professional organiser. She has several years' experience of coaching adults and teens to develop organising, time management and exam revision skills. Her aim is not only to enhance academic success but also to boost motivation and confidence. After all, study skills are life skills too.
