In this masterclass, keynote speaker and storytelling coach Francisco Mahfuz will explore how communication is essential to foster a culture of inclusion and equity – and why storytelling is a critical skill that will allow employees to be heard, understood and inspire change.
During the session we will:

- Explore how storytelling can overcome it
- Understand the power that sharing stories can have to influence a company culture
Speaker bio:
Francisco Mahfuz has always loved speaking, even before he had anything useful to say. He's been telling stories in front of audiences for a decade, and even became a National Champion of public speaking. Today, Francisco is a keynote speaker and storytelling coach and offers communication training to individuals and international organisations.
He's the author of "Bare: A Guide to Brutally Honest Public Speaking" and the host of The Storypowers Podcast.
