This practical workshop offers hints and tips about how to submit a successful application for our Leadership Development Programme, a two-year opportunity that will enable you to be paid throughout your training, gain a fully-funded formal qualification in both teaching and leadership, and go on to make an important social impact.

This event is exclusively for individuals who are considering joining our programme from another career. Come along to meet a member of our recruitment team to ask any questions and find out more about the recruitment process, so you feel as confident as possible before submitting your online application. We recommend starting your application before the workshop so you can start thinking about how to approach the competency questions, but this is not compulsory.
