ARRIVAL FROM 5:30 pm FOR A 6:00 pm START. TEA, COFFEE AND SANDWICHES WILL BE SERVED.
In this interactive session for HR Professionals, Jo Brown from DignityWorks will take you through a very practical risk based approach to tackle workplace bullying in your organisation.
Once you know how best to allocate your resources, we then look at the options for dealing with a bully and the consequences of not doing so.
To finish, you will hear about successful cases of coaching abrasive leaders or those who don’t identify as a bully but their behaviour causes problems for those around them and the wider organisation.
Throughout, we will touch on the drivers of a bullying or dignity culture so you have some simple takeaways to implement in your own workplace.
