How to THRIVE during the Menopause.
Sun 7 May 2017, 13:00 – 17:00 BST
Peri-Menopause, Menopause and Post Menopause Workshop
How to survive THRIVE during the Menopause
Are you aged 40-60?
Do you suffer with one of more of the following symptoms?
Bloating, fatigue, memory lapses, hot flashes, broken sleep, depression, weight gain (especially around the waist), mood swings, itchy skin, headaches, vaginal dryness, achy joints, thinning hair and/or eyebrows….
These are just some of the more common symptoms (there are more than 34) you may experience if you are peri-menopausal (which can last up to 10 years) or menopausal.
All women will go through it at some time in their life. For some ladies it can be a walk in the park, but for the majority it can be a roller coaster ride. In a recent study out of 1000 women 49% of women were ignorant about peri-menopause. This means there are a lot of women going through this alone, not knowing how you can feel fabulous again. You may also be getting frustrated with things that once worked for you like losing weight but is now much harder.
If this resonates with you and you want to find out more about how to get your mojo back from a physical, emotional and practical perspective. This half day workshop is a must.
