Synopsis
Covid-19 has accelerated the move from delivering tests and exams at training centres / test centres to delivering them at home as part of distance learning or certification. Taking a test at home is much more convenient than having to travel, but how do you ensure the test-taker doesn't cheat? The usual answer is to have a remote proctor (invigilator) observe the test-taker over video. But how do you do this respecting test-taker privacy concerns and in compliance with the GDPR? This session by an expert in the field explains the latest guidance and current legal situation to help you use online/remote proctoring respecting privacy rights and laws.
