This session is for anyone involved in their Healthwatch’s social media strategy, social media content or creating email marketing.

  • gain an overview of different social media and email marketing options. 
  • understand the components of a good posts and emails. 
  • know how to plan your social and email marketing. 
  • be able to ask questions and receive support from our friendly Communications team.
