We are delighted to invite you to an informative 'Meet the Experts' breakfast meeting at Woodlands Meed College on Thursday 29 January from 9.30-11.30. The student run 'Inspire Cafe' will be kindly serving you a Breakfast Brunch, using local suppliers, and the team will be on hand to talk to you if have any questions about Inclusion in the workplace, CSR or if you want to find our more about our SEND support programs for businesses.

Meet our HHBA experts on 'How to utilise your touchpoints to create a consistent brand presence'.

The way you choose to brand and market your business is key to your success, whether you are a team of 1 or 5,001, you will have multiple points of contact with your target audience that are both on and offline. These all offer you the opportunity to connect with your customer and make a positive impact, and I guarantee you, you will have far more touch points available to you than you think.

When all of these touchpoints are consistent and align with your brand and your values will influence people’s purchase decisions and help them to feel emotionally invested and informed about the choices they make, but with so many different points of contact to consider, things often get overlooked. An example of this could be updating the About Copy on your website, but leaving your social media profiles as they were, or investing in updating your brand assets, but omitting to change the branding in any directories you are featured in. This leads to confusion and can have a detrimental impact on both your business and your online presence (Google loves consistency).

In this practical 30-minute session, Melanie Johnson of the Sussex Social and Charlotte Young from Copper Moth design will be:

Explaining the importance of brand touchpoints and why this is about so much more than a logo.

Sharing how branding influences your marketing and vice versa.

Providing some examples of the touchpoints that businesses often overlook and providing some tips on how you can ensure you remain consistent across all of them.

Showing you how you can find those forgotten touchpoints that are languishing online and get them updated ASAP.
