Facilitator - Dr Paula Turner

Paula is Co-Founder of The Centre for Tendering and holds a PhD in Public Procurement. She is an expert in small business learning and has over 20 years’ experience in advising firms across digital, creative, scientific, education, professional and community sectors.

She is a training facilitator, speaker, coach, author and business process innovation specialist, operating with a mission to make procurement fairer for everyone. In the last 12 months Paula has coached over 100 female-led and other under-represented founders to navigate Procurement models using the Clever Tendering success programme.

Paula sits on the Board of Trustees for Step Up Manchester and Greater Manchester Young Enterprise Local Volunteer Board.
