How To Write That Tricky First Email with Jyoti Fernandes

We're excited to kick off our new season of webinars with a conversation with Jyoti Fernandes on how to write that tricky first email. This session will be a great chance to get into the mind of a producer and find out what can make your first email stand out.

Jyoti has just completed two years as Producer on Season 9 & 10 of Grantchester. Prior to this she produced the television adaptation of The Catch for Channel 5 by bestselling author T M Logan, starring Jason Watkins and Aneurin Barnard, and The Teacher, a 4-part drama also for Channel 5 starring Sheridan Smith. Additionally, she was a Producer on BBC’s EastEnders for two years.

As a Script Editor/Script Producer, she has worked on numerous projects including, You, Me and the Apocalypse for Working Title/NBC/Sky 1, Stella for Sky 1/Tidy Productions, and three years on BBC’s Silent Witness. Before embarking on her producing career, Jyoti was an established writer working on original and continuing drama for television, radio and theatre.
